A receita estava no meu Pinterest faz algum tempo para quando pudesse experimentar. Tive de alterar algumas coisas visto que a forma de preparação no site  Living a Changed Life era destinada a forno e no meu caso vai para o microondas. Mas ficou muito bom. A crosta então melhor ainda, fica estaladiça e faz um bom pandan com o doce dos frutos em baixo e a rugosidade da massa com amêndoa.

Ingredientes utilizados:

frutos vermelhos congelados

preparado para bolo de amêndoa Branca de Nev

água gasosa, refrigerante 

A preparação é bastante facil, simplesmente colocar os ingredientes por ordem. Besuntar a forma com manteiga e a farinha e deitá-los. Mas no meu caso o meu preparado necessitava ainda que se acrescenta-se os ovos e o leite, conforme refere na embalagem do preparado. Só após essa inserção é que coloquei uma fina camada de refrigerante por cima, apanhando todo o topo, e vai ao microondas na potência máxima, 800 wts, durante 10 minutos. Colocar mais tempo caso necessite.

E sobremesa pronta.

Water Bound (Sisters of the Heart #1) de Christine Feehan

Primeiro livro da saga, Sisters of the Heart, que conta as histórias de outras pessoas que vivem na cidade de Sea Haven. Basicamente é um seguimento para os livros da saga Drake Sisters passado na mesma cidade e com o mesmo tipo de fenomenos paranormais.

The Sisters of the Heart are just that. Six unique and individual women, different ages and backgrounds that came together after surviving terrible losses. For what ever reason, they found each other, and pulled together as a family. They live on an almost communal property they call simply the farm, in the small coastal town of Sea Haven. Blythe, Judith, Lissa, Lexi, Airiana and Rikki make up their small but loyal family, and this time around we focus on Rikki.

Gostei. Aqui temos mais um dos irmãos Prakenskii, Lev, que tal com as irmãs Drake pertence a uma familia de sete irmãos com poderes extraordinários. Gostei especialmente do facto da heroina deste romance, Rikki, ser uma mulher com autismo, na sua forma mais ligeira, creio. E dá-nos uma ideia do que possa ser a vida e receios que enfrentam. Mesmo assim consegue funcionar num ambiente com alguma calma e rotina, até à chegada do nosso herói. É um vislumbre de possiveis actos praticados por quem tem esta forma de vida fora da ficção.

Aldi e o Crochet

Provavelmente acham estranho o titulo deste post mas o Aldi esteve com uma promoção interessante para hoje em linhas para crochet, e também tinha para tricot. São linhas de algodão e os kits têm vários projectos diferentes para se concretizar. Vão desde mala, cachecois e boina, top, o escolhido para mim foi nos tons de bege e branco e iniciei ontem o cachecol.

Apesar de alguns revezes finalmente hoje fez-se luz e atinei com o esquema. Segue fotos de como está.

The Lucky One, de Nicholas Spark

 No principio do livro achei piada o facto de gostar de andar e de o ter feito durante tantos kilometros, de uma ponta de um estado a outro, procurando pela rapariga. Ao chegar quase perto da cidade e a situação que encontra com o agente da lei gostei da atitude apesar de ter noção que faria pior. Oh well

 Admito que no principio do livro, quando o romance se inicia, só conseguia pensar em stalker e com algum negativismo à mistura, devido um pouco às atitudes obsessivas de procura pela rapariga e sem uma explicação plausivel para a coisa. 

 É verdadeiramente espantoso como a nossa cabeça funciona e as ligações que estabelece entre actos e acções. Toda a vida de Thibault, nome diferente e invulgar para os dias de hoje, gosto, é vista pelos olhos do seu amigo, Victor, e é através dele que faz sentido e lhe dá significado. Mas tudo isto sem a emoção de "baba e ranho" que por norma segue quando leio algum dos livros escritos por este autor.
